Their ‘wellbeing’ sessions include regular Hypnotherapy, sound baths and meditation as well as regular yoga and mother and baby classes.

The therapists who work out of Cedar Grove offer a wide range of traditional and wellbeing therapies, and also host a wide range of studio classes for all age groups all under one roof. Each therapist offers an individual approach at every session. All our therapists are experienced and insured in their chosen discipline giving you absolute peace of mind.
the Clinic
In September 2023, Cedar Grove Clinic embraced a new chapter by moving to a newly refurbished location not far from the town centre. The Clinic has since increased its range of therapies and classes in our large welcoming studio and rooms. The Clinic welcomes all ages, and many of our practitioners are leaders in both infant and adult care. Should you wish to enquire about the sessions offered, and what is most appropriate for your needs, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
The clinic is designed to offer a wide range of holistic and traditional therapies with our well-equipped treatment rooms being suitable for both clinical and relaxation treatments. We have three treatment rooms, a large bright and airy studio which has blackout blinds for relaxation and ‘sensory’ sessions as well as a large reception area. Conveniently located, the large car park directly outside the building is free and accessible with plenty of car parking spaces. As we are on the ground floor our facilities are all easily accessible for all.
