Empower Firness has lift off as Cedar Grove Clinic

All the Empowr Fitness classes went well since they started at Cedar Grove Clinic on Monday morning. The feedback from the customers has been great. Four new ladies have already started and everyone enjoyes their session.


Also Congratulations are in order for our Claire as she has been nominated for West Northamptonshire Council’s Inspirational Woman Award 2025.
