I started practicing Yoga 5 years ago, and decided I wanted to turn my passion into my career.

 

2 Years ago I became a yoga instructor after studying and qualifying with Alanna Kaivalya on her 200hr Yoga instructor course.


I offer the following yoga styles:

 

Vinyasa Yoga

You move from one asana directly into the next ,links movement and breath .

 

Restorative Yoga

A meditative form of Yoga that’s allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body.


Pranayama

Breathing technique, where we can help calm your nerves , reducing stress and anxiety. Because your breath is powerful tool to ease stress and make you feel less anxious.

Class Details

Minimum numbers in my class- 10 people.
Maximum 20.


7 week block of classes for £57 .
