I started practicing Yoga 5 years ago, and decided I wanted to turn my passion into my career.
2 Years ago I became a yoga instructor after studying and qualifying with Alanna Kaivalya on her 200hr Yoga instructor course.
I offer the following yoga styles:
You move from one asana directly into the next ,links movement and breath .
A meditative form of Yoga that’s allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body.
Breathing technique, where we can help calm your nerves , reducing stress and anxiety. Because your breath is powerful tool to ease stress and make you feel less anxious this is idea for those wanting to relax fully.
Minimum numbers in my class- 10 people.
7 week block of classes for £57 .
